Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tickets to LLM Mastery are non-refundable. We operate a strict no-refund policy on all purchases. Once a ticket is booked, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances — including travel restrictions, medical emergencies, or changes to your personal schedule.

Plans change, and we've built for that. Although tickets can't be refunded, they are fully transferable to another attendee at no cost. To arrange a transfer, email support@llmmastery.co at least 48 hours before the event begins, and include your original booking reference, and the full name and email address of the new attendee.

Should the summit be cancelled or substantially rescheduled by the organisers, we will contact all ticket holders directly with refund or rollover options.
